8 Week Cycling Weight Loss Program Begins Feb. 21st

   Classes meet T/Th at 5:45pm, w/Instructor Janine Page.  8 week program includes 2 special cycle classes each week, food journaling, basic nutrition info and ongoing support is the program for you!

A PERFECT PROGRAM FOR ANYONE WHO HAS NEVER CYCLED BEFORE!

Annual Lasc mbrs- $139.;

Temp/non mbrs.- $159

Registration deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 17th.  Space is limited and is reserved on a first paid basis.

oops – looks like I missed the intro talk. Days and times? Cost? I’m ready to do this again.
Something about lying down to zip my pants that gave me a hint it’s time to get serious.

I am really interested in joining this program but have some travel challenges. I will miss the first class, be there for the next 5, miss the next 5, be there for the remaining 4 classes. When I am traveling I will be skiing at altitude for 1 week and will have access to fitness equipment for the 2nd week. I am just concerned that i won’t get the results I want/ need by missing so much.
