A TRX suspension training class that will focus on enhancing runners performance.  Core strength, injury reduction, hip and leg strengthening.  Overall balance, flexibility and endurance will be enhanced.  4 week session, begins Tuesday, March 6th, 6:30pm.  $49 for annual Lasc mbrs.  Minimum 6 participants.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 2nd.

This land based suspension training program will focus on exercises specifically associated with swimming.  Improve core strength, flexibility, muscle balance and more!  4 week session held on Mondays, 6:30pm.  Begins Monday, March 5th.  $49 for annual mbrs.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE MARCH 2ND.  MINIMUM 6 PARTICIPANTS REQUIRED.

Using the power meters on the NEW Keiser spin bikes, this 4 week session will focus on increasing power in your pedal stroke!  These classes are for experienced cyclists.  Held on Sundays at 7:15am.  4 weeks $49 for annual LASC mbrs.; $79 for temp/non mbrs.  Session I begins Sunday, Feb. 26th.  Pre register by Friday, Feb. 17th.
