Pilates Group Reformer Classes
This effective workout focuses on strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups with an emphasis on the core.
Pilates group reformer classes vary in intensity and using a variety of small apparatus, including jump boards, arc barrels, balls, bosus and more, you will love this total body conditioning program.
Pilates reformer workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness, from post rehab to elite athlete. Lasc uses the Stott Pilates method.
Pilates reformer classes are currently offered in groups of 4. Pilates workout sessions can also be done in private and duets. Pre registration is required.
