Spinning at LASC
It doesn’t take any special skills or ability to ride a Spinner bike, just desire!
The Spinning experience encompasses a distinct core philosophy, sound programming, comprehensive training and a bike designed to fit many shapes, sizes and abilities.
The Spinning program has simple goals: a focus to bring health and safe fitness to every lifestyle, while having a memorable ride to keep you coming back for more!
The Spinning® program includes indoor cycling training, education and equipment. Classes are designed to fit a wide range of abilities and fitness goal, and are led by experienced indoor cycling instructors who are passionate about you and your fitness goals. We are here to guide you through a personalized workout. We want to give you tools to set your own goals and persevere over your personal challenges—all at your own pace.
