The Yoga Studio at The Swim Club

It is our intention to create a space where Lasc members and the local community can enjoy, and be exposed to, a variety of yoga styles, through ongoing classes, 6-8 week sessions and special workshops.

Ongoing classes are included in your club membership.  Visits may be purchased in blocks of 20 and 40.  These block visits have a 2 year expiration date.

Forrest Yoga with Stacy Gibbons begins Wednesday October 29th.

Forrest Yoga is a transformational practice intended to create a sense of freedom while encouraging participants how to bring aliveness into every cell of the body!  Using the breath, heat and basic yoga postures held for longer periods, participants new to yoga will explore how to breathe deeply as you develop tools necessary for you to honestly explore your edge!  As postures are held longer in this practice, experienced yoga participants will enjoy a renewed sense of willingness to learn how to ride your breath as you move deeper into the poses!  

 6 week session will be offered on Wed nights at 6:30p beginning October 29th. 

 

Free to LASC mbrs.  Available to non mbrs. for $65.
