Aquatic Personal Training

Aquatic Personal Training is a water-based exercise program designed and supervised by a Certified Aquatic Personal Trainer. Water may be the only medium that allows movement for some individuals because the supportive yet resistive properties of water remove the painful loading effects of land-based exercise. This non-impact conditioning allows for early intervention for post rehabilitation. For more information please contact the Aquatic Department at 524-9252 ext.307 or aswanson@lascfit.com
