Tri Newbies 2012!

Lasc’s Tri Newbie 2013 Program begins May 15th.  This fun cross training program will prepare you for your first sprint triathlon (1/3 mile swim; 15 mile bike; 3 mile run)!  Program includes:

  • Coached swim sessions in pool and in open water
  • Group rides
  • Group runs
  • A 12 week program to follow
  • Triathlon clinics on:
      •  bike maintenance & tire changing;
      • bike to run transitioning with Coach Suzan Ballmer;
      • A mock mini triathlon that will teach you everything you need to know about what to do on race day!
  • Camaraderie with fellow tri newbies
  • You’ll get in shape while having so much fun!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, MAY 12th.

$165/ANNUAL LASC MBRS.; $199/NON MBRS
