Triathlon Training for Newbies
Tri Newbies 2012!
Lasc’s Tri Newbie 2013 Program begins May 15th. This fun cross training program will prepare you for your first sprint triathlon (1/3 mile swim; 15 mile bike; 3 mile run)! Program includes:
- Coached swim sessions in pool and in open water
- Group rides
- Group runs
- A 12 week program to follow
- Triathlon clinics on:
- bike maintenance & tire changing;
- bike to run transitioning with Coach Suzan Ballmer;
- A mock mini triathlon that will teach you everything you need to know about what to do on race day!
- Camaraderie with fellow tri newbies
- You’ll get in shape while having so much fun!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, MAY 12th.
$165/ANNUAL LASC MBRS.; $199/NON MBRS
