LASC is very proud to have been “an integral part of the success” and presenting sponsors for the Timberman & Mooseman Triathlons from their inception-2010!

LASC, home of the Lakes Region Triathlon Club, is THE training facility for the local triathlete community.  You will not find a better facility north of Manchester, to train for your multi sport lifestyle in central NH!

In addition to LASC’s masters swim program, we offer the multi sport enthusiast a variety of programs that will enhance your multi sport performance, including spinning, group rides, runs, open water swims, brick workouts and more!

We offer a tri newbie training program each year, which prepares the participant to complete their first sprint triathlon.
